we will sell by email and paypal only. Please follow these steps (sorry
for the temporary inconvenience):
Send an
email with the word Purchase in the title line. Be certain to include
your shipping address or email. If you are
ordering the E Book say so on the first line and provide an email address
capable of handling 5 mg minimum. You will be sent a pdf attachment. If you are
ordering a book, as in old fashion bound book, provide the title and specify
delivery method; ground (7 to 10 days at around $8.00), or 2 day air at
approximately $12.00+). We will use UPS (not USPS). We will
confirm the order by return email along with the exact shipping and
tax amount (if any). Proceed to
PayPal to make the purchase. The product will be shipped or emailed
immediately on PayPals receipt of the order.
